Bamford Wellness Spa at Daylesford Organic Farm includes The Spring wet-spa area with a herbal steam room, crystal sauna and wellness pool, alongside treatment rooms and mind-and-movement classes. Spa access is not automatically included with every Daylesford Stays booking.

Depending on availability, guests can add Bamford treatments, yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindful walks and other wellbeing experiences. The strength is flexibility rather than a rigid programme.
