FACILITIES
Our award-winning spa has two spectacular pools: a 17m green slate-lined indoor pool and an elegant 15m outdoor pool, both heated all year round. In the summer months, the area adjacent to the outdoor pool completely transforms with sun loungers, a bar and full waiter service.
There are four treatment rooms, enabling the dedicated therapists to offer a full range of indulging and therapeutic treatments, all using our very own Green & Spring products.

Signature treatments
Green & Spring Indulgence – 90 mins
Green & Spring taps into nature’s rich pharmacy to indulge not only the senses but the body. It begins with a foot soak and scrub, followed by a sensuous massage with hot herbal compresses filled with lavender, oats and lemon balm to soothe, moisturise and scent the skin. The final indulgence is a rejuvenating milk and honey facial – a sumptuous, natural treat.
Repair & Restore Ritual – 90 mins
An incredibly enveloping ritual that works to repair body and mind. The treatment begins with a gentle buff to prepare the skin. After each area is prepared, a warm herbal compress is then applied and gently worked into the nerve pathways, clearing blocked energy caused by stress and tension and ensuring all of the precious ingredients are fully absorbed. Using a combination of techniques to boost micro-circulation, skin elasticity and release tension, the body is then cocooned whilst the face receives a rejuvenating facial massage, followed by an enriching mask to clear toxins and boost circulation.
Cloud 9 – 90 mins
A deeply relaxing, holistic massage which combines aromatherapy, Qi energy balancing, reflexology and acupressure leaving the whole body in a state of bliss. It works along the sensory pathways of the body using light to medium pressure to balance and nurture leaving you with an inner sense of tranquillity and indulgence.

ACCOMMODATION
The 30 bedrooms are light and spacious, fitted with handmade furniture and fabrics created by British designers. All have airy bathrooms with huge bathtubs and showers. Half of our rooms are in the Main house, the other half are in the Stable Block.

Malt – British social dining
The Cowley Manor team are delighted to announce the opening of their new restaurant, Malt. Celebrating Britain’s culinary heritage and embracing international food influences, Malt is led by Head Chef James Graham. Reflecting Cowley Manor’s own unique blend of contemporary design and home-from-home comfort, the menu allows diners to share and socialise in this beautiful new restaurant.
ACTIVITIES
The Hambledon at Cowley Manor
Is an edited (we like to think perfectly curated) mini version of the much-loved Hambledon shop in Winchester. Expect to find your very favourite womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories and homeware.
Located in the stable block, between the Main House and C-Side Spa, the shop is open to hotel guests and non-residents Monday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
