The Spa at Bowood
The spa combines a 15-metre infinity pool and Jacuzzi with a rock sauna, crystal steam room, aromatherapy showers, relaxation areas and a Technogym-equipped gym. Treatment rooms include single and dual spaces, so the spa works well for solo visits as well as couples or friends.

Accommodation
Bowood’s boutique-style hotel sits within the estate and combines country-house character with contemporary rooms and suites. The strongest rooms are those that make the most of the surrounding parkland; the resort also works well for a single-night spa-and-golf stay because the accommodation, restaurant, spa and course are close together.
Food & drink
The Shelburne Restaurant is a two AA Rosette restaurant led by Executive Head Chef Rupert Taylor. Menus are seasonal and increasingly shaped by a zero-mile philosophy, using produce from Bowood’s Walled Garden where possible. The wider resort also includes the Shelburne Bar, Clubhouse Bar and afternoon tea.
Spa stays & spa days
Bowood offers overnight spa packages and stand-alone spa experiences. Current examples include Ultimate Indulgence, Deluxe Spa Experience, Luxury Spa Experience and the Spa & Golf Experience. Golf
Bowood’s 18-hole championship course was designed by Dave Thomas and is the only PGA Golf Course in the South West. It is supported by a PGA Academy, a three-hole academy course, driving range, performance studio, tuition and practice facilities. For mixed-interest trips, the dedicated Spa & Golf Experience is the most natural way to combine both halves of the resort.
