What your Gold account is for
- Review your published property details.
- Submit factual updates, new facilities, treatments and booking links.
- Upload or request changes to approved photography.
- Submit current spa stays, spa days and offers.
- Send all changes to The Spa Traveller for editorial review before publication.
Editorial independence: Gold status, TST editorial copy, awards framing, advertorial labelling and commercial disclosure remain controlled by The Spa Traveller.
Gold Partner Login
Use the email address or username associated with your spa partner account.
New Gold partners: use the same email address used for your Gold Collection order wherever possible. After payment review, The Spa Traveller links that account to the relevant property and confirms activation. If a different team member needs access, send the property name, order number and authorised contact via Gold Partner Support.
