Six Senses Spa London is an extensive urban wellness space beneath the Six Senses hotel at The Whiteley in Bayswater. Now open, it combines a 20-metre swimming pool, magnesium recovery pool, thermal experiences, hands-on treatments and performance-focused technology across approximately 2,300 square metres.
Why visit
The facilities move between active training and deeper rest. Alongside the pools are a traditional hammam, flotation, cryotherapy, red-light therapies, fitness and movement studios, a Biohack Recovery Lounge and an Alchemy Bar working with seasonal British botanicals. The spa currently lists 13 wellness spaces and six treatment rooms.
Personalised wellness and clinical services
Wellness programmes cover sleep, yoga, detoxification and fitness, supported by consultations and non-invasive screening. HUM2N operates a separate clinic within the hotel, offering diagnostics and medically supervised services. These should be assessed independently from general spa treatments, with credentials, evidence, risks and suitability discussed directly with the clinical team.
The wider stay
Six Senses London has 109 rooms and suites at The Whiteley, close to Hyde Park and Notting Hill. The separate Six Senses Place is a social and wellness members’ club with its own access arrangements, so guests should not assume that every booking includes entry.

- Confirm which pools, thermal spaces, classes and recovery facilities are included with your treatment, programme or room booking.
- Book treatments and specialist consultations in advance.
- Clinical diagnostics, IV therapy and other medical services require separate assessment and informed consent.
- Ask about contraindications before using cryotherapy, flotation, heat or technology-led recovery facilities.
- Six Senses Place membership and guest access should be confirmed separately from hotel and spa arrangements.
