3.1 The Spa Traveller publishes independent editorial content covering spa travel, wellness and luxury hospitality. Our editorial judgements are made independently of commercial relationships.

9. Competitions

9.1 Where we run competitions or prize draws, specific terms will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply unless stated otherwise.

9.2 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Van der Meulen Collection Limited and their immediate families.

9.3 One entry per person. Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries received before the closing date and notified within 30 days.

9.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of broadly equivalent value.

9.5 Spa day, spa break and spa holiday prizes consist of the access and/or accommodation specified. Travel, insurance, spending money and applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9.6 International prizes require valid travel documents. We accept no liability if a winner is unable to travel due to passport, visa or regulatory restrictions.

9.7 Unclaimed prizes will be forfeit after 21 days of notification.

9.8 We reserve the right to cancel or amend any competition at our discretion. In cases of fraud or technical failure we may disqualify entries or re-draw the prize.

9.9 By entering, participants grant Van der Meulen Collection Limited a royalty-free licence to use submitted content for editorial and promotional purposes. Copyright remains with the entrant.

10.1 Your use of this site and any personal data you submit is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
