Please include the property name and the Gold Collection profile URL where possible. For image updates, include a link to the approved asset library or explain how you would like to send the files.
- Offers: title, offer type, start/end date where applicable, short description, key terms and the live booking URL.
- Products: product name, product/shop URL, price where relevant and any approved affiliate or tracking route.
- Website or booking links: send the final destination URL so TST can apply the approved tracked route.
How Gold profile updates work
Can my spa change its profile directly?
Partner accounts are intended for factual updates and submissions. Changes to authoritative public content are reviewed by The Spa Traveller before publication so the profile remains accurate and editorially independent.
What can a partner update?
Contact details, facilities, treatments, spa days, spa stays, current offers, booking links, practical information and approved photography can be submitted for update.
What stays under TST editorial control?
Gold Collection status, independent editorial copy, awards framing, review conclusions, commercial disclosure, advertising positions and advertorial labelling remain controlled by The Spa Traveller.
Can we add new photography?
Yes. Submit current, rights-cleared high-resolution imagery. The Spa Traveller selects images for editorial presentation and accessibility.
